At TickWiseMV, we provide:

  • An evidence-based, science-driven approach to the diagnosis and treatment of tickborne illnesses via telemedicine or house-call

  • Collaborative, unrushed dialogue between patient and clinician to ensure you feel seen and heard, that your needs are met and questions answered

  • Supporting our patients as they navigate the often complex and emotionally and physically taxing toll tickborne illnesses can have on our lives

Why We Do It

  • Ticks and tickborne illness are a year-round issue on Martha's Vineyard

  • Ticks and tickborne illness can have both significant physical and emotional impacts on those affected

  • It can be difficult to find or to access medical care for ticks and tickborne illness locally if you don't have a PCP,  if appointments aren't available at local clinics, and if you want / need to be seen outside of normal medical office business hours without going to an emergency department

  • Traditional medical appointments are often not long enough to address each individual's questions and concerns
